![]() I could go on and on about how I love the diversity of the areas, and all of their useful tactical tips to adjust to them, but I want to hear your opinions and tactical ideas and finding about this topic.Īlso in my opinion Warrens is the hardest. Later on Plague Doctors are the kings of Cove missions, since they deal with the bleed of special enemies, and also good against high prot that all those bleeding assholes have. The theme of the Cove is TONS OF RAW DMG and some bleeds from special enemies. The pelagic sword guys have the highest damage of any basic enemy in the game. There is a reason why protectiond and the Cove came out in the same update(I think.). No Ruins front line enemy will also move himself forward, so that guy just stays there until he dies.Īnother example is how important Protection is in the Cove. However if you just pull him to position one he can only use hes shitty stab move AND he won't even move backwards!!! All you have to do against Bone Nobles is pull them to position 1 and then you can practicly treat them as dead. Why? Because of that asshole skeleton with the chalice. Or another example is like how shuffling is better in the Ruins. Shuffling in the Warrens is weak, since you can't shuffle enemies to positions where they can't attack from, since they are so versatile. You actually have a good reason to not take big tanks with you, but weaker, more damage focused front line heroes like Bounty Hunter and Hellion. For this I think highly offensive team compositions are more optimal in the Warrens, since playing defensive is so much harder. Since you can't defend your backline in the Warrens as much as in other dungeons you need to figure some other effective tactic out. You can have your vulnerable targets in the front in the Warrens and it will not make a difference, since positioning from a defensive standpoint is completely inrelevant in the Warrens. ![]() Have you noticed that in the Warrens every enemy can attack any position from any position? This means that team compositions where you want to put your vulnerable heroes in the back line, and strong tanks in the front line are completely pointless. The tactical differences between them are huge, and I love that. I also would like to add that I love the differences between dungeons. Outside of Darkest Dungeon and Crimson Court.įor some time I wanted to make a discussion about the dungeon areas to hear other people's opinons. ![]() You can find mods for the game on Steam Workshop and .Īn overview of the game's patch notes can be found here.
